Appointment Agreement

(Version 1.0)

Welcome, and thank you for choosing Bare It All Tan! Before we get started, please take a few minutes to read through our Appointment Agreement. This agreement is in place to protect your reserved time and ensure every client receives a timely, personalized experience. By signing below, you confirm that you've read, understood, and agreed to everything outlined here.

Please read carefully before signing. This Agreement replaces all prior Bare It All Tan studio policies and applies to all appointments booked on or after the effective date.

1. Booking and Payment

• Single-session appointments require payment of 50% of the scheduled service price at the time of booking (the "Booking Retainer").

• The Booking Retainer is applied to the service total when the appointment is completed as scheduled.

• An appointment is not considered reserved until the required payment has been successfully processed.

• Any remaining balance is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• More than 24 hours before the appointment: The Booking Retainer may be transferred one time to a rescheduled appointment, subject to availability.

• Less than 24 hours before the appointment: The Booking Retainer is forfeited and will not be transferred or refunded.

• Same-day cancellation: The client is responsible for 100% of the scheduled service price. Any amount already paid will be applied toward that balance.

• A request to move or reschedule an appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled start time is treated as a cancellation under this section.

• Notice is effective when Bare It All Tan receives the cancellation or rescheduling request.

3. Late Arrivals

• Clients are expected to arrive ready to begin at the scheduled appointment time. Arrival at the parking lot, sending a text, or being nearby does not constitute arrival for the appointment.

• Because appointments are scheduled back-to-back in 15- to 20-minute time blocks, late arrivals cannot be guaranteed service.

• A client who arrives five (5) or more minutes after the scheduled start time may have the appointment canceled if there is not enough time to complete the service without delaying the next client.

• An appointment canceled due to a late arrival will be treated as a same-day cancellation, and the applicable balance will be due.

• Appointments will not be extended beyond their scheduled end time, and Bare It All Tan will not rush a service in a manner that could affect quality or delay another client.

4. Missed Appointments / No-Shows

• A client is considered a no-show when they fail to arrive and do not provide notice before the appointment begins.

• Single-session clients who miss an appointment forfeit the Booking Retainer and are responsible for the remaining balance of the scheduled service.

• Outstanding balances must be paid before any future appointment may be booked or completed.

5. Membership Expectations

• Memberships are designed for clients who value consistency, communication, and respect for reserved appointment times.

• Members are subject to the same cancellation, late-arrival, and missed-appointment requirements as all other clients.

• Repeated late arrivals, last-minute cancellations, missed appointments, or other violations of this Appointment Agreement may result in immediate termination of the membership at Bare It All Tan's discretion.

• Memberships terminated for violation of this Appointment Agreement will be canceled without refund. Previously paid membership fees are non-refundable and will not be prorated, except where required by law.

6. Guests and Children

• A maximum of one guest may accompany a client to an appointment.

• Children under five (5) years of age are not permitted in the studio.

• Any permitted child or guest must remain safely seated and may not disrupt the service, enter restricted areas, or interfere with another client's appointment.

• Bare It All Tan may require a guest or child to leave if their presence creates a safety concern or prevents the appointment from being completed appropriately.

7. Refusal or Discontinuation of Service

• Bare It All Tan reserves the right to decline, stop, or reschedule a service when necessary for safety, inappropriate conduct, failure to follow studio instructions, nonpayment, or repeated violation of this Appointment Agreement.

• Nothing in this Agreement permits discrimination prohibited by applicable law.

8. Updates to This Agreement

• Bare It All Tan may revise this Appointment Agreement from time to time. Clients will be provided notice of material changes and may be required to sign an updated version before receiving future services.

• The version and effective date shown at the top of the signed Agreement identify the terms acknowledged by the client.
